• Avocado - a healthy energy-giving food

The soft, yellow, creamy flesh of the avocado resemble butter. It is high in fat - an avocado has the same fat content as 4 bottles of milk, while its calarie is the equivalent of 2 bowls of rice. However, its fat is monounsaturated and thus is a healthy energy-giving food.

• Avocado Milk - Ingredients

1 avocado  
200ml fresh milk
30ml lemon juice
10ml fructose

METHOD

1. Rinse the avocado and cut into half. Discard the pit and scoop out the flesh. Put into the blender together with fresh milk and mix well.

2. Pour into a glass and stir in lemon juice and fructose before serving.
